近距离煤层综采工作面倒回支架回撤技术

摘要: 针对戊9-10-22180工作面收尾时支架不能按常规回撤,且近距离煤层顶板失稳,从工作面开始上网到最终设备回撤,提出了倒回支架回撤方案,并采用回撤通道“锚网+锚索”联合支护和“非锚区无坑木支护”工艺,优化抹角施工参数等成套技术。结果表明,倒回支架技术合理,回撤通道联合支护和抹角施工参数能够满足设备回撤,卸压护巷省时省料,确保工作面安全快速回收,可为同类型条件工作面回撤提供参考。

Abstract: Fore to the 9-10-2218 working face when finishing equipment cannot routinely retracement, and close to instability of coal seam roof, from the face began to surf the Internet to the final device retracement, rewind support scheme was proposed, and a retreat channel anchor net + anchor combined support and "the anchor section no timber supporting" process, optimization of construction parameters, innovation to implement the nose triangle preconditions such as complete sets of technology. The results show that the technology of the reversing equipment is reasonable, the combined support of the retracting passage and the construction parameters of the wiping Angle can meet the requirements of the retracting equipment, save time and materials for the pressure relief roadway and ensure the safe and rapid recovery of the working face, which can provide a reference for the retracting of the same type of working face.
