综放工作面高位定向钻孔层位参数优化与应用实践

Research and Application of Layer Parameters of High-grade Directional Drilling in Gas Field of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

摘要: 为了有效解决综放工作面上隅角瓦斯治理难题,通过高位定向钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,研究高位定向钻孔层位与瓦斯抽采效果的关联特性。以王家岭矿综放工作面为跟踪研究对象,计算了工作面冒落带与裂隙带的理论高度,分别从水平错距和垂直层距分析不同错距区与层距区对瓦斯抽采浓度与抽采纯量的影响,得出同一层距区和错距区内的最佳布孔层位。试验结果表明:工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度降至0.64%,证明了选择不同区域优化后的钻孔层位能有效的解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题,保证了综放工作面的安全、高效生产。

Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problem of gas control in the corner of the fully mechanized caving face, the gas drainage technology of high-oriented directional long borehole is adopted. To study the correlation characteristics between high-level directional drilling and gas drainage,fully mechanized caving face of Wangjialing mine is used as the tracking object, and the influence of different offsets and intervals on the concentration of extraction and the amount of pure extraction is analyzed from the horizontal and vertical intervals,Then the best layer of pores in the same zone and the wrong zone is obtained. Through the on-site application of the high-grade directional drilling test in Wangjialing Mine, the maximum concentration of gas at the corner of the production work surface is reduced to 0.64%, achieving safe and efficient production of the fully mechanized caving face.
