安山煤矿三盘区工作面回采巷道支护参数研究

Study on Supporting Parameters of mining roadway in Panel Three of Anshan Coal Mine

摘要: 为了有效治理巷道顶板破碎问题,以安山煤矿132203工作面回风巷为研究对象,采用现场钻孔窥视的方法确定了顶板破碎范围,分析了顶板破碎的原因。建立了矩形巷道等效圆力学模型,通过理论计算得到了巷道塑性区分布范围,并利用数值模软件对巷道塑性区分布状况进行了模拟,进一步确定了支护参数和支护方案,增大了锚杆长度。研究表明:当巷道存在顶煤且锚杆长度较小时,顶煤裂隙发育明显,不利于巷道围岩的稳定。增大锚杆长度,将顶煤悬吊于坚硬岩层中,可有效缓解煤层变形现象,现场实践证明采用的支护方案较好地控制了顶板的变形。

Abstract: Abstract: Taking the return wind trough of the 132203 working face of Anshan Coal Mine as the research object, this paper probes into the phenomenon of the broken roof in the early stage of tunneling, obtains the loose ring range of the surrounding rock, calculates the development height of the plastic zone of the roadway roof by using the equivalent circle method. based on this, a new support scheme is proposed. the new support scheme is used in engineering practice, and the deformation of the roadway and the stress condition of the bolt under the two support parameters are observed. the observation results show that the new support scheme is more conducive to maintaining the stability of the roadway.
