井下防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气在线监测

On-line monitoring system for exhaust gas of explosion-proof diesel engine trackless rubber wheel vehicle in coal mine

摘要: 针对煤矿井下防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气污染物对井下人员造成健康损害的问题,设计了煤矿井下防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气在线监测系统,用于实时监测井下车辆尾气情况。系统由传感器节点、协调器、监控主机组成,采用LoRa、4G、5G等技术建立无线通讯信道,协调器汇聚传感器节点数据再将数据转发至监控主机。经测试,系统通讯质量稳定监测精度高,满足实时监测煤矿井下空间环境防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气排放情况,可为煤矿提供实时数据。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of health damage caused by exhaust pollutants of explosion-proof diesel trolleyless wheelbarrow in underground coal mine, an online monitoring system for the exhaust of explosion-proof diesel trolleyless wheelbarrow in underground coal mine was designed for real-time monitoring of vehicle exhaust. The system is composed of sensor nodes, coordinators and monitoring hosts. Wireless communication channels are established by LoRa, 4G, 5G and other wireless communication technologies. The coordinators gather sensor node data and then forward the data to the monitoring host. After the test, the system communication quality stability monitoring of high precision, satisfy the real time monitoring of coal mine underground space environment rubber_tyred car explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust emissions, provide real-time data for coal mine, direct control of ventilation system and vehicle scheduling plan, reviewing the status of vehicle emissions, and improve the workers work environment, reduce the occupational disease risk, safeguard worker health.
