厚煤层残煤复采区掘进大巷安全影响因素分析及评价

摘要:

为提高腾辉煤业三采区大巷在复采区域的掘进效率, 确保巷道掘进期间的安全性, 根据巷道地质条件及掘进工艺, 采用多指标综合分析法及层次分析法, 建立了复采巷道快速掘进的安全分级, 对腾辉煤业三采区复采巷道安全性进行了评价。基于影响因子值并采用综合分析法, 定义了安全因子, 并确定了安全因子的最大值为0.680及最小值为0.075, 根据安全因子的最大及最小值的平均值将巷道安全性划分为5个等级。进一步引入腾辉煤业3采区大巷掘进中的评价指标值,计算得到当前生产条件安全因子值为0.398, 安全等级属于相对安全范围。

Abstract:

Abstract: The safety of excavation works should be ensured in the rapid excavation of multiple mining roadway. At present, the roadway in the third mining area of Tenghui Coal industry is excavated under the goaf in the remining area. In order to increase the tunnelling efficiency of the roadway in the third mining area and guarantee the safety of the roadway during tunnelling, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to analyze the weight of the major influencing factors of roadway safety, and the safety of the roadway in the remining area under the current tunnelling conditions is evaluated by combining the multi-index comprehensive analysis method. The weights of different factors under current mining conditions are obtained, and the values of different factors are given. Based on the impact factor value and comprehensive analysis method, the safety factor was defined, and the maximum value of the safety factor was determined to be 0.0691 and the minimum value of 0.075. The maximum and minimum value of the safety factor were averaged to divide the roadway safety into five levels. By further introducing the above index value in the driving roadway of the 3 mining area of Tenghui Coal Industry, the safety factor value of the current production conditions is calculated to be 0.2619, and the safety level belongs to the relatively safe range.
