摘要： 随着国民经济的不断发展，建设单位的项目不断扩大，客观要求建设单位只有通过项目实施的各个阶段采取相关的措施和方法，以尽量优化设计方案，严格控制其建设成本，才能更好的获得经济效益和社会效益，在市场竞争中占有一席之地。

Abstract: along with the development of national economy， the construction unit of the project continues to expand， to take measures and methods related to the various stages of the objective requirements of the construction unit of the project， in order to optimize the design， strict control of the construction cost， in order to better obtain economic benefit and social benefit， occupy a space for one person in the market competition.
