急倾斜不稳定特厚煤层综放面“三机”设备选型配套及应用

Selection and Application of “Three – machine” Equipment in Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Steeply Inclined Unstable Thick Coal Seam

摘要: 针对益门煤矿煤层倾角大、煤软、厚度变化大等带来的开采难度大的情况,通过分析急倾斜不稳定特厚煤层开采特点,计算工作面液压支架、采煤机和输送机技术参数,对工作面“三机”设备选型并进行工程应用。结果表明:益门煤矿水平分段工作面应选择重量轻、封顶性好的放顶煤液压支架,短机身采煤机以及与采放能力相匹配的输送机,计算得出支架工作阻力不低于1920kN,采煤机的实际功率应在94~109kW,前部刮板运输机的运输能力应不小于300t/h,后部运输机不小于952 t/h。将工作面“三机”选型结果应用于益门煤矿1212工作面,现场观测期间采煤机开机率达60%,支架工作阻力满足顶板控制要求,采煤机割煤和放顶煤工序平行作业,实现了高产高效。

Abstract: Abstract:In view of the difficulty of soft mining of large dip angle coal seam in Yimen Coal Mine, the technical parameters of hydraulic support, shearer and conveyor in working face are calculated by analyzing the mining characteristics of steeply inclined unstable extra-thick coal seam, and the ' three machines ' equipment in working face is selected and applied in engineering. The results show that the horizontal section working face of Yimen Coal Mine should choose the top coal caving hydraulic support with flexible, lightweight and good sealing performance, short fuselage shearer and conveyor matching with mining and caving capacity. It is calculated that the working resistance of the support is not less than 1920 kN, the actual power of the shearer should be 94 ~ 109 kW, the transportation capacity of the front scraper conveyor should not be less than 300 t / h, and the rear conveyor should not be less than 952 t / h. The ' three machines ' selection results of the working face were applied to the 1212 working face of Yimen Coal Mine. During the field observation period, the operating rate of the shearer reached 60 %, and the working resistance of the support met the roof control requirements. The shearer cut coal and top coal caving process worked in parallel, achieving high yield and high efficiency.
