厚硬顶板条件下综采面液压支架工作状态分析

Analysis on Working Condition of Hydraulic Support in Fully-mechanized Working Face under Thick-hard Roof

摘要: 收集分析了桑树坪煤矿3105综采面矿压监测资料,计算了液压支架的初撑力、工作阻力和循环末阻力等分布特征值,发现该工作面支架受力各特征值偏小|进一步分析工作面的地质资料得知,距煤层顶板10m处的位置存在21m厚的石英砂岩,该岩层属厚硬岩层|建立了支架-围岩相互作用模型,进一步探讨支架工作状态与厚硬顶板之间的关系。结果表明:正常回采时,由于厚石英砂岩抗弯曲能力强,基本顶下沉不明显,认为支架只承载直接顶的载荷|周期来压时,由于基本顶厚硬和采空区充填充分,基本顶给定变形量小,致使工作面来压强度小。研究结果对同类条件下的液压支架设计和综采面矿压管理具有指导意义。

Abstract: First, according to the data of mineral pressure observation, this paper analyzes the characteristic of the initial support force, the working resistance, the late resistance etc. And find that the eigenvalue of hydraulic support is relatively small. The paper establishes the mechanical model of hydraulic support and the interaction model of support and roof, the analysis results of which show that the working condition of hydraulic support is related with special roof structure. The results show that during the normal stoping, due to the thickness of the quartz sandstone, the basic roof subsides hardly. Then the support bears the load of immediate roof approximately. During the periodic weighting, due to the thickness and hardness of basic roof and stuffed goaf, the given deformation of basic roof is small. It makes the ground pressure strength small.
