大采高工作面甩刀把技术方案设计与选择研究

Design Schemes and Selection Study on Removing Hilt Technology in High Mining Height Working Face

摘要:

为了解决大采高工作面甩刀把技术难题,结合大采高工作面煤壁易片帮、设备大型化、矿压显现剧烈、撤架通道断面大等特点,提出了提前停采法、直接贯通法、充填贯通法三种甩刀把技术方案。根据长平矿4321 大采高工作面甩刀把工程实际,运用价值工程理论对三种技术方案的价值系数进行了分析计算,分析结果表明: 充填贯通法价值系数要高于其他两种技术,为该工作面甩刀把施工作业的最优技术方案。现场实践证明:充填贯通法具有施工工艺简单、工期短、资源回收率高、安全保障程度高等优点,能够实现大采高工作面安全、高效、快速甩刀把的目的。

Abstract:

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of how to remove hilt quickly, economically and safely in high mining height working face, three design schemes of removing hilt technology were proposed, including advance stopping mining method, direct penetration method and filling penetration method, which combined with the characteristics of easy coal wall spalling, giant facilities, severe mine pressure appearance and large section of withdrawal channel. The advance stopping mining method means that the last half of working face to be remove is ended mining in advance, and then the equipment recovery is completed by the current construction withdrawal channel. The direct penetration method is used to strengthen the support of the crossheading roadway in advance at the hilt of working face, and then the equipment recovery is completed from the withdrawal channel after the last half of working face is directly penetrated. The filling penetration method fills the crossheading roadway in advance at the hilt of working face, then the equipment recovery is completed after the working face penetration and the filling material recovery. According to the general situation of removing hilt engineering in 4321 high mining height working face of a mine, the value coefficient of three technical schemes is analyzed and calculated by using value engineering theory. The results show that the value coefficient of filling penetration method is higher than other two methods, which is the optimal technical scheme for the construction of removing hilt in this working face. From the engineering practice of removing hilt in 4321 working face, the filling penetration method has the advantages of simple construction technology, short construction period, high resource recovery rate and high safety guarantee degree, which can realize the purpose of safe, efficient and fast removing hilt in high mining height working face.
