Technology and application of roadway stereoscopic intersection of thin rock stratum strengthened with four-sided fixed plate

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional method of roadway stereoscopic intersection, based on the analysis of the thin rock stratum of the stereoscopic intersection by using the rectangular thin plate theory, it is considered that the thin rock stratum formed by the roadway stereoscopic intersection can be regarded as the four-sided simply supported rectangular thin plate. The rectangular thin plate is reinforced on four sides to form a four-sided fixed rectangular thin plate, which can greatly improve the bearing capacity and the strength level of the plate. According to the above, a kind of technology of roadway stereoscopic intersection of thin rock stratum strengthened with four-sided fixed plate is proposed, and the composition of design structure and the process of construction control are explained. The scientificness and correctness of structure and mechanism are demonstrated through the analysis of structural characteristics and mechanical mechanism, the adaptability and beneficial effect are proved by field engineering practice. It not only solves the practical problems in the field, and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional roadway stereoscopic intersection, but also applies the theory of four-side fixed plate to the field of thin rock stratum strengthening, and advocates a new kind of method of retaining thin rock stratum and technology of controlling surrounding rock, and establishes the mechanical model of thin rock stratum strengthened with four-side fixed plate, and forms the anchor steel concrete coupling roadway stereoscopic intersection bearing structure strengthened with four-side fixed plate, and realizes the thin rock stratum retaining and bearing.
