采煤机生物学模型构建及技术参数预测

Construction of Biological Model and Prediction of Technical Parameters of Shearer

摘要: 为提高采煤机主体参数设计的效率和综采三机的协同配合效率,面向采煤机技术参数设计过程以及综采三机之间协同配合过程,借鉴生态学基本概念进行采煤机技术参数设计,提出采煤机生物学模型。研究了采煤机相关技术参数,确定参数之间的潜在关联以及采煤机与液压支架、刮板输送机之间的协同配合关系,并基于极限学习机建立采煤机技术参数预测模型。经试验表明该模型精度保持在95%以上,符合应用要求。利用预测模型实现采煤机技术参数及输送机和液压支架配套参数求解,提高了设计效率和设计质量。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of the main parameters of the shearer and the synergistic efficiency of the fully mechanized mining, the technical parameters of the shearer and the synergy process between the three fully mechanized mining machines are used to learn the technical parameters of the shearer, propose a biological model of shearer. The tec hnical parameters of the shearer are studied, the potential relationship between the parameters is determined, and the synergistic relationship between the shearer and the hydraulic support and the scraper conveyor is established. Based on the extreme learning machine, the technical parameters prediction model of the shearer is established. The experiments show that the accuracy of the model is above 95%, which meets the application requirements. The prediction model is used to solve the technical parameters of shearer and the matching parameters of conveyor and hydraulic support, which improves the design efficiency and quality.
