Research on the Control Strategy of Improved Simulated Annealing Shearer Drum Height Adjustment

摘要: 针对传统的采煤机滚筒调高技术存在着稳定性低,跟踪性能差的问题,提出一种基于改进的模拟退火算法的采煤机滚筒调高控制策略。使用改进的模拟退火算法,以ITAE作为调高系统的性能指标,寻优得到采煤机调高系统PID控制参数。通过MATLAB的simulink工具箱建立控制系统仿真模型,该控制策略具有更好的鲁棒性和信号跟踪能力,可以为煤炭的高效生产提供依据。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low stability and poor tracking performance of traditional shearer drum heightening technology, a control strategy of shearer drum heightening based on improved simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. Using the improved simulated annealing algorithm and taking ITAE as the performance index of the heightening system, the PID control parameters of the shearer heightening system are optimized. The simulation model of the control system is established by the Simulink toolbox of MATLAB. The control strategy has better robustness and signal tracking ability, which can provide a basis for the efficient production of coal.
