松软厚煤层大采高工作面片帮危险区分类研究

摘要: 为解决松软煤层大采高工作面煤壁片帮问题,以三元中能煤业3#煤层大采高工作面为例,基于片帮观测、实验室试验、现场条件勘查、PASAT高应力区探测等手段,对片帮诱因进行分析,得出导致煤壁片帮的主要地质因素和开采技术因素。根据片帮原因,将工作面片帮危险区域分为高应力片帮危险区、地质构造片帮危险区、强来压片帮危险区、仰采片帮危险区四类。从降低超前扰动、提升煤体自承载能力的目的出发,针对不同类型片帮危险区提出了优化回采参数、改善支架工况、优化移架方式等具体防片帮技术措施。结果表明,采用防片帮措施后,大采高工作面煤壁片帮面积和深度明显降低,工作面作业环境得到改善,为本矿及周边矿井类似条件工作面安全回采提供借鉴。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of rib spalling in the high caving face of soft coal seam, take the high caving face of No. 3 coal seam in Sanyuan Zhongneng Coal Industry as an example. Based on the method of rib spalling observation, laboratory test, site condition survey, PASAT high stress area detection, etc. The main geological factors and mining technical factors affecting the rib spalling were obtained. Based on the reasons of rib spalling, the risk area is divided into four categories: which are high-stress rib spalling risk area, geological structure rib spalling risk area, strong weighting rib spalling risk area, overhand mining rib spalling risk area. From the purpose of reducing the pre-disturbance and improving the self-bearing capacity of the coal wall, the technical measures for optimizing the mining parameters, improving the support conditions and optimizing the shifting mode are proposed for different risk types. The results show that after using the spalling prevention measures, the spalling area and depth were obviously reduced, and the working environment of the working face was improved. It can provide reference for the similar working conditions and surrounding mines.
