基于正交试验的胶带硫化机热板温度场研究

Research on temperature field of hot plate temperature field of conveyor belt joint based on orthogonal test

摘要:

针对硅橡胶加热片加热的硫化机所存在加热不均匀的问题, 提出以三通道回字型布置图代替单通道的方案并针对区域间距以及功率等参数设计了三水平五因素正交试验, 基于Comsol固体传热仿真技术模拟了各方案加热板温度分布规律, 进行了极差分析, 得到了最佳设计方案, 并进行物理试验验证与研究。通过研究发现, 对加热板均匀性影响最为显著的因素为边缘热流密度; 而最优方案相较于原单通道加热方法, 其加热板表面温差从12℃降低至3.8℃, 均匀性指标F 值降低了1.3, 切实证明设计方案的有效性, 可以为实际生产提供研究方法与思路。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of uneven heating in vulcanizing machine heated by silicon rubber heating sheet,A scheme of replacing single channel layout with three-channel return layout is proposed.First A three-level and five-factor orthogonal test is designed for the parameters of heating spacing and power.Based on Comsol solid heat transfer simulation technology, the temperature distribution law of each scheme heating plate is simulated and the range analysis is carried out.Then best design scheme is obtained. Sometimes the physical test is verified and studyFinally it is found that the most significant factor affecting the uniformity of the heating plate is the edge heat flux.With the original single-channel heating method, the temperature difference on the heating plate surface of the optimal scheme was reduced from 12℃ to 3.8℃ and the uniformity index F value is reduced by 1.3. It effectively prove the effectiveness of the design scheme and provide research methods and ideas for actual production.
