双巷条带式方法开采不规则区域煤炭资源方案设计

Scheme design of double-lane strip method for mining irregular area coal resources

摘要: 针对榆树湾煤矿不规则区域煤炭资源的开采难题,结合矿井开采条件提出了双巷条带式开采方法,并对其布置方式、开采方法、运输系统、通风系统进行了介绍。根据榆树湾煤矿不规则区域的形状特征对此区域进行了方案设计,包括布置方式、巷道规格及支护参数、主要设备选型、顶板管理、回采工艺、生产能力等,现场实践表明,采用双巷条带式开采方法极大的增加了不规则区域煤炭资源的开采效率,为矿井带来了显著的经济效益,在使用连采机、梭车高效化掘进的矿井回收边角煤资源时可积极推广使用。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of coal mining in irregular areas of Yushuwan Coal Mine, a double-lane strip mining method is proposed in combination with mining conditions, and its layout, mining method, transportation system, and ventilation system are introduced. According to the shape characteristics of the irregular area of Yushuwan Coal Mine, a plan design was carried out for this area, including layout, roadway specifications and support parameters, main equipment selection, roof management, mining technology, production capacity, etc. Field practice shows that double The strip mining method has greatly increased the mining efficiency of coal resources in irregular areas, and has brought significant economic benefits to the mine. It can be used to recover corner coal resources in mines that use continuous mining machines and shuttle cars to efficiently drive. Actively promote the use.
