西部生态脆弱区村庄下固废绿色充填开采技术应用研究

Application Research of Solid Waste Green Filling Mining Technology under Villages in Ecologically Fragile Areas of Western China

摘要: 针对西部生态脆弱区村庄下压煤及高强度开采产生的固废排放处置、地表沉陷控制难题,提出了短壁连采连充式胶结充填采煤技术。阐述了该技术的技术内涵和采充工艺,分析了充填材料的组成和强度,确定了适用于工程现场的充填材料矸石(炉渣)、粉煤灰、石膏、水泥、矿井水配比为74∶2∶2∶7∶15,料浆浓度为85%,该配比下充填体单轴抗压强度可达3.1MPa左右。该技术充填系统包括矸石运输系统、泥浆制备系统、监测系统、工作面充填系统四大部分。工程应用表明:该技术开采5.25m厚的煤层充实率可达98%以上,地面最大下沉量约为180mm,可处理工业固体废弃物40万t,充填效果良好。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of coal under village and solid waste emission disposall and surface subsidence control caused by high intensity mining in ecologically fragile areas of western China, a short-wall continuous mining and filling cemented filling mining technology was proposed. The technical connotation and technology of mining and filling were expounded, and the composition and strength of filling material were analyzed. The ratio of gangue ( slag ), fly ash, gypsum, cement and mine water suitable for the engineering site was determined as 74: 2: 2: 7: 15, and the slurry concentration was 85%. Under this ratio, the uniaxial compressive strength of filling body could reach about 3.1MPa. The composition of the filling system of the technology is proposed, including the gangue transportation system, mud preparation system, monitoring system and working face filling system. The engineering application shows that the filling rate of 5.25m thick coal seam can reach more than 98% by using this technology, and the maximum ground subsidence is about 180mm. It can deal with 400,000 tons of industrial solid waste, and the filling effect is good.
