洗选厂刮板输送机轴承温度远程在线监测系统研究

Design and research of intelligent unmanned transportation system for mining auxiliary transportation vehicles

摘要:

为及时掌握刮板输送机运行工况, 研发了由多通道轴承温度监测分站、温度监测总站、远程监测平台组成的洗选厂刮板输送机轴承温度远程在线监测系统。进行了硬件选型设计: 选用贴片式K 型热电偶作为传感器, 以STC15F2K60S2为核心, 设计了由热电偶信号处理模块、485通信模块、在线编程模块、信号选通模块、地址设置模块组成的多通道轴承温度监测分站, 实现了温度采集与传输、分站地址设置等功能; 软件设计以STM32F103ZET6为核心, 设计了具有485通信模块、RJ-45接口、人机交互模块、JTAG在线编程接口、GPRS远程数据传输模块的温度监测总站, 实现了温度集中显示与远程传输。基于ForceControl组态软件, 开发了远程监测平台, 实现了总站发送数据的接受、存储和显示。最后, 搭建了实验台, 验证了系统具有良好的功能。

Abstract:

Auxiliary transportation of underground coal mines is an essential link in modern mine mining. The current auxiliary transportation system has some problems, such as high risk, high labor cost, difficult recruitment, low work efficiency, etc. Taking "Intelligent Equipment, Intelligent Transportation and Intelligent Management" as the overall framework, this paper designs the operation process of mine auxiliary transportation vehicles and puts forward a general architecture of intelligent unmanned transportation system for mining auxiliary transportation vehicles. And the complete schemes of the intelligent dispatching management system, unmanned system, V2X vehicle-road cooperative perception system, remote monitoring, emergency takeover system, and auxiliary operation terminal are designed. The whole set of unmanned transportation systems can realize the deep integration of emerging technologies such as deep learning, big data, and V2X. It can significantly reduce potential safety hazards, improve transportation efficiency, and bring economic benefits. And it can guarantee the safe and efficient operation of auxiliary transportation links of underground coal mines and actively contribute to constructing the intelligent mine and transforming and upgrading coal mining.
