高地应力复杂条件下的连采充填开采技术探讨与研究

摘要: 为了高效回收工作面煤炭资源,并有效保护地表建筑物,通过分析相关工作面巷道矿压显现规律,结合连续采煤机开采工艺和装备技术特点,提出对高地应力地质条件下采用连续采煤机开采工艺和充填技术相结合的方法进行开采,并根据现场应用情况对开采工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,连续采煤机充填开采方法能够实现高地应力复杂条件下煤炭资源的高效回收。

Abstract: In view of the large depth of coal seam, the strong geostress, large deformation of the roadway and rapid deformation speed in the working face. Based on the analysis of the law of mining pressure in relevant working face, the mining technology and the technical characteristics of the continuous miner, this paper puts forward the method of stowing&mining technology with continuous miner under the high geostress and complex geologic condition for the efficient recovery of coal mining face and the effective protection of surface buildings, and optimizes the mining process parameters according to the field application. The results show that the stowing and mining method with continuous miner can realize the efficient recovery of coal resources under the high geostress & complex geologic condition.
