矿用锚杆生产线永磁直驱进给系统控制策略研究

Research on Control Strategy of Permanent Magnet Direct Drive Feeding System of Mine Anchor Production Line

摘要: 在矿用锚杆自动化生产线中,传统的锚杆进给系统多采用旋转电动机通过中间传动系统(链传动、齿轮箱、滚珠丝杠等)将旋转运动转变为直线运动,存在效率低、噪声大、控制精度低、机械损耗大、维护量大等问题,为此提出了永磁直驱进给系统,通过初、次级电磁感应产生直接推力,省去了中间传动装置,具有结构紧凑、反应速度快、控制精度高、工作噪声小、维护量小等优点,解决了传统进料系统噪声大、故障率高等问题。但由于永磁直驱系统易受外部扰动和非线性效应的影响,且对外部扰动更加敏感,给系统控制策略的研究带来一定的难度,对永磁直驱系统进行了控制策略研究,通过对永磁直驱控制系统进行理论分析和仿真研究,结果表明:矢量控制系统能够得到比较平稳的速度和推力响应,但超调量和推力波动较大|变结构控制模型的跟踪性能较好,具有响应快速、无超调、鲁棒性强、推力波动小等优点。

Abstract: In the automatic production line of mine anchor rod, the traditional anchor feeding system mostly transforms the rotary motion into linear motion through the intermediate transmission system (chain drive, gearbox, ball screw, etc.) with some problems, such as low efficiency,large noise, low control accuracy, large mechanical loss and large maintenance quantity, therefore the permanent magnet direct drive feed system is put forward. it generates direct thrust through the primary and secondary electromagnetic induction, eliminating the intermediate drive, and it has some advantages, such as compact structure,fast reaction speed, high control accuracy, small working noise, small maintenance amount and so on, the problems of high noise and high fault rate are solved. Due to the permanent magnetic direct drive system is susceptible to external perturbations and nonlinear effects, and is more sensitive to external perturbations, it brings some difficulty to the study of system control strategies.Therefore, this paper studies the control strategy of permanent magnetic direct drive system through theoretical analysis and simulation, the result show that the vector control system can obtain stable speed and thrust response, but large overregulation and thrust fluctuations; the variable structure control model has good tracking performance, with the advantages of fast response, no overregulation, robustness and small thrust fluctuation.
