Study on Control Method of ' Up Flee Down Slide ' of Scraper Conveyor in Fully Mechanized Working Face of Near Horizontal Coal Seam

摘要:

为解决综采工作面刮板输送机“上窜下滑” 给工作面回采带来诸多不利影响, 造成安全出口不畅、工作面设备损坏、生产效率低等问题。文章基于赛蒙特尔煤矿3408综采工作面刮板输送机“下滑” 控制的实践经验, 分析了刮板输送机控制过程中暴露的问题和常规的工作面调斜、单向推中部槽、调整支架等方法在实践中的不足, 总结了在不同环境和工况的情况下, 对控制方法使用的注意事项和改进措施, 采取短面快速调斜、刮板输送机快速展平、油缸辅助调架等方法实现对刮板输送机“上窜下滑” 的快速控制和调整。

Abstract:

Abstract: The 'up flee down slide' of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face has many adverse effects on the mining of working face. It results in poor safety exit, equipment damage and low production efficiency easily. Based on the practical experience of sliding control of scraper conveyor in 3408 fully mechanized mining face of a mine, this paper analyzes the problems exposed in the control process of scraper conveyor, summarizes the shortcomings of conventional methods such as working face adjustment, one-way pushing and adjusting support in practice, and puts forward the matters needing attention and improvement measures for the use of control methods in different environments and working conditions. The rapid control and adjustment of the scraper conveyor's 'up flee down slide' are realized by adopting the methods of short face rapid adjustment, scraper conveyor rapid flattening, oil cylinder auxiliary adjustment and so on.
