摘要: 以布尔台煤矿42204工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析和现场试验等手段,研究了大埋深条件下工作面过集中煤柱时矿压异常机理和防治技术。研究结果表明:在布尔台42204工作面的开采条件下,上覆工作面顶板不失稳的理论最小采高为6.44~10.30m,并通过理论计算了充满采空区所需垮落高度最小值为31m,结合岩层赋存特征确定了合理的压裂层位,提出了“工作面定向长钻孔+巷道浅孔”的水力压裂卸压方案。工作面过煤柱期间矿压监测结果表明,压裂后工作面顶板周期来压步距减小,来压强度降低,采空区能被垮落顶板岩块充实,过煤柱期间工作面机尾三角区顶板最大下沉量200mm,回风巷道顶板最大下沉量80mm,两帮最大移近量为150mm,结果表明水力压裂弱化了顶板的完整性,减轻了煤柱影响区内工作面矿压显现,降低了工作面压架事故率。

Abstract: Abstract:Taking 42204 working face of bultai coal mine as the engineering background,using theoretical analysis and field test, the mechanism of abnormal ground pressure and application of prevention technology during the working face passes through the coal pillars are studyed. The results show that: The theoretical minimum mining height without instability of the roof of the overlying working face is 10.32m, Through theoretical calculation, the minimum collapse height required to fill the goaf is 31m, Combined with the occurrence characteristics of rock stratum, the reasonable fracturing horizon is calculated, The hydraulic fracturing scheme of "directional long drilling in working face + along slot shallow hole" is put forward. The results of ground pressure monitoring data show that the length of periodic pressure on the roof decreases, The goaf can be enriched by caving roof rock blocks, the maximum subsidence of the roof in the triangle area of the tail of the working face is 200mm, The maximum subsidence of the roof of the return air roadway is 80mm,The maximum approach of two sides is 150mm, The application results show that hydraulic fracturing can weaken the integrity of the roof, The ground pressure of working face in the area affected by coal pillar is reduced.
